1. Our Response time
- Once you have completed this apartment Booking Form, We will confirm to you the apartments available date within 24 hours.
2. Payment Method
- 50% of deposit from total rental is to be collected upon confirmation of booking. We will send you our bank account number through email.
- Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until we have received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from Fanny Vacation home.
3. Security Deposit
- We will collect a security deposit of RM 350 (in cash only) upon check in. This is refundable after check out if there are no damages, lost or massive dirt.
- Any cancellation received to arrival will incur 50% charge from the total rental. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- Our reschedule window is minimum 21 days in advance before check in date.
- It is subjected to availability, no refund will be given if the date is not available.
- If the reschedule date is fall on the peak season, you will subjected to the payment for the difference in rental.
6. Time for Check In & Check Out
- Standard check in time is after 3pm-5pm and check out is before 10-12pm.
- Late night check in or check out services is not available.
- For special request, there will be Surcharge of RM60 for check in or check out between between 10pm – 8am.
- Please remember to make a request to the owner if you want to delay in check out. As it might cause delay in check in for next customer. Thurs, there will be a minimum surcharge of RM50 ringgit if delay in check out without permission, subsequent hours is RM25 per hour.
7. Key Collection
- This is a privately owned house and does not have any reception. Kindly contact us 1 day in advance to confirm on arrival time. Contact details can be found in our confirmation email.
- We shall meet you at the vacation house at the agreed time.
- We will collect a security deposit of RM350 (cash only)+ 50% of rental balance upon check in and pass the key to you.
8. Rules for Guest
- Maximum number of people allowed is eight (8) for Both adults and children. RM25 per person will be charge after 8 persons.
- No smoking, durian, pets and explosive materials are allowed inside the apartment.
- Pork are restricted in Muslim’s homestay only.
- Facilities are to be used with care, each registered occupant is equally responsible for any damage or lost to the apartment/room’s property caused by them or by their guests.
- Illegal activities are prohibited.
- Any activities which may interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood are not allowed.
- Proper swimming costume is required to wear before entering into the swimming pool.
- Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended, please Do Not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment.
- Guest is not allowed to sublet the house, or parts of it, to third parties.
***The owner reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract of guests without refund if any of the above rules are violated, Fanny Vacation Home at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the house, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation***
9. Cleaning Policy
- On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of RM68 each time.
- Due to hygiene concern, kindly prepare your own towel.
- Guest are encourage to purchase your own travel. Fanny Vacation Home is not liable for any accidents or injuries happened in the premises.
